Helicopter Adventures will not charge you for any date or time changes to your reservation.
Cancellation of tour outside of 24 hours of your tour departure date is subject to a $25.00 per person cancellation fee.
Cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled date will result in full payment.
No coupons may be used after the purchase of your flight.
Helicopter Adventures reserves the right to upgrade, alter or terminate any or all of our sightseeing tours due to security, weather, or acts of God. If this should occur, and a new reservation date cannot be agreed upon, your tour will be refunded to the card that you originally paid with.
The maximum weight per seat or per person is 300 lbs.,
The maximum passenger weight per entire flight is 600 lbs.
Our safety regulations require that we weigh every passenger at point of sale.
